Great when you have to go and can't find a bathroom in time or you are stuch in traffic.

This is not working it purpose, does not contain the urine and is not comfortable for the patient !

Would not do as advertised. Used at night To Catch urine While sleeping in my easy chair. I don't sleep in my bed. Leaks Bad!!!

I HAVE USED the equipment shown. In fact, I am attempting to wear it right now as I write this.Observe the routing of the tubing in both the still photos and instructional video. To go from the "panty" outlet to the collection bag urine would have to defy gravity and travel UP HILL. Liquids do not travel up hill. Instead, when the level of the urine in the tubing reaches the level at the exit of the panty the urine will just back up and flood the panty.The plastic urine collection bag must be lower than the outlet on the panty so that the urine travels "downhill" through the tubing to the collection bag.The bag holder the seller is promoting - must be worn much LOWER. Despite the fact that a holster has much more appeal than lashing collection bags to legs, it needs to be worn at calf level. There is another, similar, device available on Amazon that accomplishes that. It has a cut-out that uses the knee to prevent it from sliding down the leg.
