As a pro motorsport photographer, speed is critical to get photos edited and turned around to clients as fast as possible. Was using the normal Anker USB-C cables, and was under the impression that I needed to upgrade my aging Mac Pro laptop to a newer model since uploading/culling/editing photos was painfully slow. Turns out the cables were the bottleneck. I use 2 currently (for card reader and SSD) but will certainly be investing in more

OMG!!!!!! GET - THESE - CABLES!!!!I have had these for a few years now and have been using them with Thunderbolt 3 devices, and they have worked flawlessly. In particular, I have using them for my Universal Audio gear, Apollo Twin X QUAD and (2) UAD-2 Satellite OCTOs, and a Mac Studio M1 Ultra. They don't say "Thunderbolt" anywhere on them. They don't have a nice Thunderbolt icon on them. Hmmmmm. I have several, all working great.Well... I just got a bunch of TB 4 / 5 drives, and several SUPPOSED TB 4 / 5 cables from AliExpress. I have an OWC Express 1M2, with a Crucial T500 2TB Gen4 NVMe M.2 Internal Gaming SSD, Up to 7400MB/s, CT2000T500SSD8 and the cable that came with the 1M2. These Anker cables are working just as well as these other more expensive cables. Using Blackmagicdesign Disk Speed Test, I'm getting 3479 MB/s WRITE & 3406.5 MB/s READ with these ANKER cables! Good, reliable cables for years now. Just thought you should know. ; )
