Do these come with covers? If not, which ones will work with this housing?

Mine came with nice black covers that says hella.

Will I get full lighting power on 12 V or do I need a transformer?

No…just direct power …find a ground source an run your wire . Power an you have day light at nite . Great lites an a great low wattage source. C.wyatt East Texas
