I had one of these before with different branding that I got back in 2018(it being 2023 as I write this). The touchpad on the old one just went out after 5 years of moderate use. I tried ordering a different style of one of mini keyboard that was half the price but it felt like total crap and the touchpad was janky so I returned that one and found this to get the same one again. The reflective gold is kind of gaudy, but looks better in person than I was imagining from the picture. Either way, this remote awesome, has great ergonomics and layout. I absolutely recommend.

Charging port broke of inside of unit. Contacted Amazon for info on seller. No response from seller or Subset. Disappointed because the keyboard worked perfectly. Forced to buy another one but will not buy from this seller or manufacturer again.

I absolutely love this keyboard. Upon arrival, the keyboard was packaged pretty good and had all of the items contained inside with a wonderful instructions guide. I had the keyboard for a couple of weeks and had an issue with one of the buttons. I notified the company about my issue, when I say they were more than helpful, THEY WERE MORE THAN HELPFUL. It was continuous communication back and forth and they sent me out a replacement keyboard which was shipped pretty fast. They also had the return envelope with a pre-printed label for my easy return. I absolutely love this product and I absolutely love the company of this product. The product feels great in your hands, easy to use, easy to navigate, and the backlit feature is a bonus. Thanks again and support this product!

This a great TV box remote, it's very lightweight and I love the shiny gold finish that makes it easier to see in a dark TV room and fits in your hands nicely. The backlit keyboard is great for night time and can be easily turned on or off. Battery is lasting forever and I haven't had to charge it since I got it. This also has a track pad on the top middle portion, so you can enable the mouse pad support in your settings and navigate with much more flexibility than with a standard remote control.

I was so excited when I received my toy. It work fine for a little while then I could not get it to pair or work again. I sent and email to the company never received a response. Bas d on my experience I would recommend to a friend and family member, sorry but I feel upset that I will have to spend extra money to get another Mimi key board.

Mine just came in the mail. I plugged it into firestick using the cable that has a connection for the dongle which I plugged in.. when I turned it on, the blue light came on, but none of the functions worked. The instruction sheet is not too much help. I put it on the charger in hoops of making it work. Although the reviews say that it works out of the box. I am sure I have the the second generation Fire stick. I get a yellow light each time I push a button.After wasting a half a day working on this problem, I changed the black cable with the dongle on it and used the white cable at the Fire Stick with the black cable connected to the white. The keyboard works fine; I am giving this one a three star due to the lousy instructions that come with it. Unless it is plug and play. good instructions should be provided.

Just received my new subset 128 seagull Chrome keyboard I had to upgrade from the rii8 keyboard, the rii held a very well for the few years that I had it and I had no problems with it. My only issue with it was that it would always lose connection and there was always a 5 to 10 second delay for to connect again. This keyboard however does not do that it stays connected no matter if it's asleep or awake and I love it very good by I recommended it.

My husband loooves it. My daughter and I see nothing wrong with the remote that came with the firestick. So guys, you'll like it. Ladies, good gift idea for your guys that looove electronics.
