Chose this particular robot because of 2 factors: firstly it has a second battery; also it has the option to record a short message. Other models don't often have these features. Recipient is very happy with it.

I contacted HONGCA customer services via Amazon for advice over an issue with the Robot battery power. I had a prompt reply with advice. I then contacted HONGCA again with further details. I was then promptly notified that in 3 days time I would receive a replacement kit. Within 2 days the replacement arrived. I recommend you purchase this HONGCA ROBOT TOY as it’s so much fun, does so many things and even I love playing with it as well as my grandson!!! I am totally impressed with the excellent customer service given. WISH I COULD GIVE a 10 star rating.

My Grandson loved this toy and hasn't stopped playing with it since Christmas Day .

Brought this for my Great Grandsons 4th Birthday he absolutely loves it and plays with it constantly. He needed a little help from his parents to begin with but being a very switched on boy soon mastered the toy.

Saw the reviews of the faulty ones but decided to risk it as didn't want to getting a more expensive one if my boy wasn't interested. Well he was delighted with and loved the endearing little bot. He particularly enjoyed the record and playback feature.Sadly, the joy was short lived as we did indeed get a faulty one, as it seemingly would no longer connect to the remote control on the 2nd day rendering it useless. Had to return (much to the upset of its temporary new little owner) which was a straightforward process and was refunded shortly after they received the item back.

Battery compartment as been altered to only take a rechargeable lithium block battery, not AA's or AAA's.Wheels are not what they look like, they're tiny things below the tracks so does not work on carpet.Control is awful.Voice recording feature is poor and low quality.Just don't do it. Get one of those talk-back monkeys instead like we did. Hours of entertainment and much less disappointment

Práctico y de fácil uso.. perfecto para el entrenamiento

Lo compré a mi hijo que cumplía 4 años. Le ha encantado (lo quería en todos los colores!!) tiene 2 baterías por lo que no necesita pilas (salvo para el mando). Al tener 2 baterías está muy bien porque siempre puedes tener una cargada por si se acaba la que está en uso. Lo más gracioso del robot es que puedes grabar (30 seg) lo q quieras, un saludo al niño, una gracia…mi hijo se muere de la risa porque le voy cambiando el mensaje. El robot además se mueve rápido en todas direcciones y también tiene música. Yo para el precio lo veo bastante bien.

Mio figlio lo adora. È facile da telecomandare e' simpatico, fa suoni e vocali. Può anche registrare piccole frasi .. davvero simpatico
