Purchased this looking for comfort as my feet tend to expand by the end of the day and other elastic shoe laces, did not stay laced up. Amazon suggested this for me and I bought the first pair and the shoe laces were long enough to lace up two pairs of my low sneakers. I used for a week and bought the second pair for my ankle length hikers. I absolutely love that I don't have to readjust my laces, when my feet expand, they just expand with and I have all day comfort. On the two low sneakers, I used the plastic ends provided to make the no show ties at the end, on the hikers, I just tied them with a double knot and viola all done. I can slip in and out of ALL three pairs of shoes even though that was not my reason for purchasing them, is just an awesome perk. Some of my family members have now bought them too and I was amaze to find all the colors they have, I originally just searched for black so that was all I saw, the family searched for the name and all the colors came up. Very happy with this purchase and all I be wearing from now on if the shoes requires lacing up.

7/7 — One of those deals where it was shipped and allllmost there, then it disappeared into the ether and received a message that it should possibly arrive in 1 to 6 days. I'm nearing the end of day one past the projected arrival date and no indication that it's on the way. Will love to review it once it arrives.7/8 — So, the laces arrived today, two days after the claimed ship date. I put them in my sneakers today and they seem to work really great. Easy to install, their flat shape makes it simple to get the tension right where you want it. It’s also easy to attach the inside-the-shoe holding tabs. Included with the laces are also more aesthetically-pleasing outside-the-shoe clips. Easy to slip the shoes on and off, and they feel secure on my feet. I have yet to test them in some sort of sport, but will check them out. I’d recommend getting ‘em.7/10 -- A little addendum. No-show socks can be cut a low, causing you to feel the inside-the-shoe plastic tabs on your foot. You can adjust your socks by pulling them up, but if they ride down, the tabs will dig in a little. Not terrible, but just informational. The other solution would be to use the outside-the-shoe clips.

They're not hard to install but adjusting them so they fit right takes a while because you've got to put your feet in and out of them over and over while pulling here or there on the laces to get them set right.They look great and feel well made. Only had mine for a few days so I can't really tell you how durable they are in the long run.These are one of the few no tie laces you can get that can be made fairly tight but still allow the shoe to slip on and off easily. Others are so loose the shoe flops off your foot half the time or just doesn't stay properly.Don't bother trying to do more than do a mild jog with them. Flat out running can still cause them to flop off your feet. For walking they're perfect though.

These Xpand laces work perfectly for my running shoes. Especially when it comes to T2 transition off the bike and onto the run in a triathlon. The Expand laces allow me to get the perfect tension that allows me to easily slip on the shoe for the run and yet keep teh perfect tension for shoe fit during the run.I would never use anything else but Xpand laces

I hate tying my shoes. I really do. As a result, I don't really stray from slip ons, flats, flip-flops etc... These made it so sneakers are part of my world again. I know it seems like a little thing, but these made me so happy.

One of the laces was frayed, but I didn't notice until it was laced up. Anyways, I use these for my climbing shoes and really like them.

This laces are very nice, this is my second set and I recommend it, you don’t need to tide your shoes any more :)

I was worried the Neon Orange would be too bright but it's perfect for these shoes :) Easy to install and comfortable - as others have said, wear them for a day before cutting them to make sure they feel good.Not much else to say except these make me smile and look WAY better than the white tie laces they came with! I'm doing dark purple for my black and purple Merrells next!

Ich bin auf die Xpand Laces aufmerksam geworden, da ich den Xpand Belt auf Kickstarter unterstützte und begeistert war wie viel bequemer Alltagsgegenstände das Leben machen können mit kleinen Änderungen.Ich hatte mir zuvor einige Videos zu den Schnürsenkeln angesehen um mich zu vergewissern wie sie funktionieren und ob sie den Preis von knapp 14€ wert wären. Und ja das sind sie definitiv!Die Auswahl an Farben in moderat und es sollte für jeden Schuh etwas dabei sein. Ich hatte mich für dunkelbraun entschieden und auch wenn der Farbton nicht exakt den vorherigen Schnürsenkeln meiner Schuhe entsprach, machte dies kaum einen Unterschied. Sie lassen sich genauso wie jede andere Schnürsenkel einfädeln und die "Festigkeit" kann durch einfaches ziehen an den entsprechenden Stellen justiert werden.Ich persönlich habe sie so fest gezogen, dass sie nicht zu eng anliegen und auch noch etwas Spielraum lassen für etwas dickere Socken, aber dennoch nicht von den Füßen rutschen beim Laufen. Habe den Anker eingebunden und die Schnürsenkel nicht sofort abgeschnitten, sondern erst einmal in einer normalen Schleife verpackt für einige Tage. Der linke Schuh war schon perfekt eingestellt, also schnitt ich dort die Reste ab, den rechten Schuh musste ich etwas nachjustieren und nach ein paar weiteren Testläufen, schnitt ich auch dort die Reste ab und muss nun nie wieder meine Schuhe binden.Die Qualität entspricht dem Preis definitiv. Sie sind recht weich anzufassen, sind nicht fransig und haben eine gute Länge. Ich nutze sie für Sneaker und es waren noch gute ~15cm übrig, also sollten die auch für Vans oder Boots reichen. Alles in allem ist der Tragekomfort enorm gestiegen, da die Schuhe nun nicht mehr so "statisch fest" sind wie mit normalen Schnürsenkeln, sondern etwas flexibler sind und quasi mit dem Fuß und dem Gang "atmen", wenn man das so sagen kann.Einziges Manko in meinen Augen ist eben der Fakt, dass man sie abschneidet auf die Länge, die man für das Paar Schuhe braucht. So kann man sie nur wiederverwenden, wenn das neue Paar Schuhe eine ähnliche oder kürzere Länge verwendet. Ansonsten ganz klare Empfehlung und Komfortsteigerung!

Yes, there are overpriced but I love them.It sounds obvious but be extra careful not to cut too short. I would recommend this to everyone. Comfortable and good quality product.
