This stuff is great, all i have to do is, pour it in a concrete crack, and it hardens up like concrete when it gets wet from the rain ! I use to buy a similar product from Lowe's, but they didn't sell enough of it, so they quit carrying the product ! not ENOUGH people knew about it . The polymeric sand is what gets hard like concrete ! Use backa rod where needed, so you don't have use as much, then pour the sand over the top, and it will get hard, block out weed growth,and seal the crack. I'll be buying more when i run out !

Product worked as it should, don’t get it wet if it’s on the surface where you don’t want it because it dries like cement. I used to replace areas that had degraded over time on my patio. Due to the significant cost increase in this product from $35 to $75 I used a small plastic funnel to make sure it only went in the lines and I didn’t waste a bunch sweeping it across the patio.

Product had a few clumps at both the top and the bottom of the bag due to a little moisture. Was able to brake some up and still use, and just discarded the rest. Still had enough product to complete the job.

Read all directions, have proper well draining base materials, and make sure to compact everything including sand. Also make sure to leave the sand height 1/8” below the chamfer. Great quality product! Also check local dealer cause you may find it cheaper. $70 is steep!

This brand of sand used to be good but they have bad batches that stain your pavers with a grey haze. I’m not sure if its the seller on amazon but i called the company that makes the product and sent them pictures. They said that i must have got a bad batch. I’m a contractor and this is unacceptable!

I got a 50 lb bag to use on the paver patio in my yard. I am pleased with the results! It was pretty easy to apply. I will say the directions include steps that I couldn’t REALLY make happen. I didn’t rent or buy one of those shaker thingies. And my under layers may not be builder perfect, since this is my first patio, nothing is perfect… however this sand did the trick! The pavers that were rather wiggly are firm. The gaps are filled and hopefully more weed resistant. It looks pretty sharp(besides the few places I missed a bit on pavers. No one will die.) due to my own failings this might not last 10-15 years, I am ok with that.
