Bought to hang rope lights outside, worked great

I love the look and it was very easy to use

It's hard to squeeze, my husband had to operate it.

Package was Damaged and contents (Staples) all outside it's original box for except one of the staple boxed.

I bought this item with the thought that it would work better than a regular stapler gun. I wrong very wrong! The spaces are small and weak. The stapler itself is hard to pull trigger. I have a very weak hand from an accident and could barely push it down to staple. I went back to my old stapler and it worked better. A total was of money. Time wise, I spent a lot of time pulling out bad stapler that didn’t go through the fabric into the wood. Don’t buy you will be sorry.

Initially I thought it was a good product until it wasn't. It isn't used a ton and is falling apart already. Got it at the end of August, return window closed in September, and now it's falling apart in December. I would NOT recommend this product.

The item was definitely not working the pin kept falling out and the mouth piece to release the staples is shut tight metal to metal.
