So far, So good
So, I've had this workout bench for 3 weeks now and I've used it 14 times. It's taken a bit of a beating to say the least as I mainly work out in the garden so it's already experienced some of the best and worst of the British weather, BUT it's stood up to the job. Couple of things to note really. It is slightly awkward when you're first putting it up due to the paint between the joint faces. It can be stiff, but once you've used it a few times it loosen's off and becomes easier. If you do'nt like the paint coming off where it folds up, then a small amount of WD40 will help it along. Pin on the seat adjustment can be tough to remove, but again with use it loosen's off.On the whole it was a good buy. Came well packaged, no damage and was up and running in minutes. I'm 118Kg, and using 22.5Kg dumbells as pairs it handles me no problem. No suggesting of it collapsing under my weight. I mainly chose this bench because I was struggling to find one with a high enough back. I'm 6'3" and there's plenty of length on the upper portion of the bench to support my back and my head. Only reason why I have'nt given 5 stars is 3 weeks is not a long enough road test yet, but I'm very impressed so far.

Useless instructions but does the job
The instructions are a joke and don't match the item I received. There were loads of parts included that were left over after it was set up - so far it's remained sturdy and does the job, but who knows how long this will last? Definitely not the best and I'll stick to buying big brand items in the future.

Great value for money considering the build quality
Arrived in good order and without delays. Relatively easy to assemble, even without looking at the instructions. Although with hindsight I should have as I got to a tricky part of fitting the secure pin. After I spent a few minutes figuring it, I realised lifting the bench seat and the securing pin alligned itself with the guide holes and the bench was raised to the perfect hight position. I feel comfortable to bench press 40kg dumbells on it, I have no issues with its sturdiness

It's OK
For the cost and ti geg back in tk lifting lighter weights in tbe garage iys OK. However....it does not lie flat, always in a stage of incline or a decline that has such a harsh dip you're back does not bend that far. But for £42 it does a decent job.

Couldn't be happier. Sturdy and easy to use, even for me.
Took me about fifteen minutes to assemble this bench using the supplied assembly instructions. Two people is not necessary. It's quite lightweight for what it is but it is extremely sturdy. With it's grey steel frame, it's clearly built to be robust and could withstand a huge weight on it. The workmanship is good; the quality of the cloth with its tight stitching is excellent and to sit on, it's firm yet comfortable. The seat and backrest aren't too narrow for me.Adjusting the bench is simple to do, even for me. Just loosen the screw bolt, move it to the desired setting and re-tighten. Very good for various types of sit ups. It's also very easy for me to fold and store it away in a shed or a corner. I can fold it in about five seconds.Overall, it's a good value, quality bench and my money has been well spent with this one.

Good but need better pins
Good bench, only down side was the pins supplied, they are pretty flimsy as they would come out when working out and bench would collapse. Brought new pins which stayed in place and bench is pretty strudy. Will take heavy weight sets and doesn't topple.
