Does anyone know how to contact the seller? My cat loved this toy, but unfortunately it broke in less than 2 months

So disappointed that mine stopped holding a charge right after the return window. Frustrated to see so many others are having the same issue. I feel that I have been taken advantage of by the company selling an item that conveniently becomes defective after 30 days when you can't exchange or return it, especially disappointing that my cat loved the toy.

Do you sell a replacement grommet to insert the new feathers? If not think about selling with replacement feath.

My cat mutilated the plastic holder that you insert the feathers into, so it won't hold any feathers anymore. Is there a way to repair or replace it so I can continue to use the machine - or is it all a heap of trash now?
