Works well.
I purchased a few dozen of these lids to test. They work well for both pressure canning and a hot water bath. As of the date of this review, I have reused some of them three times. There is a simple trick to success. When removing the hot jars from the canner, carefully tighten the screw band. This is a no-no with one-use lids but ensures a good seal every time with the Tattler lids. Since using this trick, I have not had a single failure. As I use up my inventory of one-time-use lids, I am now purchasing Tattler lids.

Not sure about product
After canning about 60 jars we have had to redo the most of them and the ones we thought were seal came undone and lost the food that was inside.Update I contacted this company about the problem and they said follow there directions of which did not help. Only about a1/4 seal per canner. I have also watched educational videos about this product. I am not sure if I have a bad batch or this is a truly bad product but I do know this the company will not stand behind this product.
