EDIT: Eufy sent me a completely new unit out without hesitation which works flawlessly. Can't fault their customer service at all. Would certainly buy again. See original review below.I don't normally write Amazon reviews but felt compelled due to this being an expensive product and it not working correctly. The mapping and hoover functions are great and I am quite impressed however the mop function does not work as no water is being dispensed to the unit. Looking at it this could only be caused by a faulty pump or a blocked internal nozzle which is very disappointing. On a unit this expensive you would expect some kind of pre shipping testing to prevent this. I have opened a ticket with eufy who will hopefully resolve this in which case I will update the review as it is otherwise great

The media could not be loaded.  We had the vacuum for a week and find it excellent. We'll worth spending the extra money for one that maps your apartment or house. The map turned out to be an exact mirror of our apartment. We have flooring and carpet and it works great on both. Easy to set up on our phone and Alexa. We have not used the mop function yet but you can zone out rugs or carpeted areas on your phone. Very impressed.

Have bought this for 1 year and half and it’s already broken - so many faulty alerts and it has just stopped working completely. I had an old model before this one and it was great, and i wanted to upgrade to one with mop mode so I bought this. However, it was not as good as the old model - in fact, all the new “fancy” functions proved to be stupid and quite manual - the map not working all the time (the map itself actually looks completely different from what it shows); the water tank couldn’t get water out properly so the mop was just like a decoration; the robot would suddenly lose directions and went home; it kept alerting “brush stuck” although I’ve cleaned it for 5 times in 10 minutes. I was a loyal Eufy buyer (2 robot vacuum including this one, and a smart scale which is also no longer showing body measurements), and I have to say I won’t buy this brand ever.

Amazing robot, makes my life so much easier! It works as it should, sometimes gets stuck in weird places but that's to be expected, keeps my floors clean so now I can relax and focus on other staff

After several hours of research of robot vacuums over many days, even weeks, we opted for the Eufy RoboVac LR30 Hybrid Robot Vacuum cleaner. We looked at many manufacturers, but eventually opted for this model. We didn’t need a mop function, so that part probably won’t ever be used, but the vacuum part is fantastic. We opted for the higher power model to optimise suction. We have two rooms carpeted and the rest is hardwood. We have linked ours to our Alexa and dimly say “Alexa, start Maurice” (call yours what you wish in the app setup obviously and then link it to your Alexa). The Eufy app is fantastic. It allows to to choose just one room or the whole floor, a spot clean for those crumbs by the sofa, or even remote control to get to that one space that’s gotten really dusty!Again, the suction of great on this model, and leave lovely stripes on our carpets, just like a lawnmower on the grass. The only time it hasn’t given a fantadtic performance was when we sent him it with a full dust compartment. We empty him about once a week, and use him almost every day.Usually we’ll ask Alexa to start him as we’re about to leave the house, and let him do his thing while we’re out. We still set the house alarm, and he doesn’t set it off.Vacuum strength can be altered in the app, but we always have him set to max. I little louder, but worth it for the cleaning level. When he’s done or tired (low battery) he just takes himself back home to the charging station.This was a fantastic purchase. If you’re in the market for your own Maurice you won’t be disappointed with this robot vacuum, we aren’t, and we’re well fussy!!

Bought as a replacement for our previous G30 hybrid model (Bob) who had a bit of a poonami shituation and then suffered the consequences of a slightly too thorough clean, this model is much better. It is stronger in overall vacuum performance, and the LiDAR and navigation are a much better combination. The mapping and zone control are excellent and this feature allows you to zone off dangerous areas (like where the puppy pad may be), or just do one room of your choosing. Not tried the mopping function yet, but it seems to be a similar system of scraping a cold wet cloth across the floor, so not expecting miracles. Overall a worthy upgrade to Bob, RIP.

I love that the Robot knows the spot that needs to be scrubbed hard as you can see in the video. I’ve just adopted a dog a day before my Robot arrives and I’m delighted to have it, because I will have to vacuum the house every single day after work that is no fun😁At first it was hard for me to connected to the internet because it’s a new thing to learn but actually it was easy after everything is connected.I would highly recommend if someone wants a Robot cleaner. It’s the first one and the best one I have.Keep it up Eufy team 😉😉😉
