The author has done an incredible job of giving the reader self-help, spiritual awakening, and self-discovery therapy all in one book. Getting to the sometimes stinging truth around self sabotage and shame that attack our self-worth, and discovering and really understanding the power that resides in each of us will leave you not only feeling, but knowing your worthiness. The eight keys took me on a journey and infused me with strength and Godly wisdom that will remain long past the last chapter of the book. You can feel the power and activation.

Shannon does such an amazing job equipping us with the power and tools to embrace our God ordained WORTH. After each Key I felt empowered to live my life unapologetically. Walking in the "power to grow and change" was so liberating. Often times I feel bad when I evolve and feel like I need validation from others that it is okay to outgrow circumstances and environments. I felt like Shannon was a tour guide that wanted each and every reader to come from the shadows of hurt, blame, insecurity, and lies and walk into the light of the freedom that comes with living according to your authentic self!
