I am still waiting for a response fromThe company. This is terrible customer service and no accountability for the poor qualityThis is the second time I am reporting on this item. I am still awaiting some sort of follow up from the company. They still have not responded to resolve the issue even though I have complied with all of their requests for photos and videos of the product and the problem.Do not buy this item. These batteries discharged to less than 50% while sitting in a Defibrillator that had no power draw and was turned off. Multiple attempts to contact the seller for resolution resulted in being ignored by the decision maker. I was initially asked to send a video showing the defective batteries, complied, then the seller went silent. These batteries should have a shelf life of at least 2 years when not powered on and sitting dormant in the defibrillator. They lasted less than 5 weeks!!! Would not recommend to anyone.
