Quality and great price
This is the fifth set of grips I have bought from Yamoto in the past year. They are terrific value and for my taste are a great grip that feels right and appears to wear well. I find the midsize grip to be a more comfortable fit and these are great. I have compared these grips to several other online and high end brands (champ and karma, as well as golf pride and dry tac) and they stack up as good or better than the others. Liked them so much I decided to try out one of Yamoto's clubs! Pay attention though, my first order took weeks to arrive, but the others all arrived within days. Make sure you check the shipping date for the different colors as it may vary.

look/feel great - super tacky without feeling sticky
I’ve used a variety of grips in the past from all the big name companies with acceptable results. I recently installed these on my primary gamers so I can’t speak to their longevity, it my initial impressions are as follows. Install is straightforward. They don’t come with tape as some grips do, but I have rolls of grip tape so that wasn’t an issue. They are medium firm and super tacky without being sticky. I’ve always used a glove, even with half and full-cords, but with these I didn’t need a glove. It actually felt really good to swing without a glove, though it was initially strange as I automatically reach into my back pocket for the glove. I felt as though I needed only the slightest of grip pressure and thus allowed me to swing freely. They look great and have the usual alignment lines/markers which I like to line up so the club is ever so slightly open at address. This helps remind me to turn the hands over through impact. I’ll update after a few months of gameplay. At this point I’d give them a strong recommendation.

Very comfortable golf grips
Very well-made golf grips that were easy to install. They should last a long time.

Excellent inexpensive grips for your clubs
Stop playing with slick golf grips! Learn to install the grips yourself and save a bundle. I have used these grips on several sets of vintage clubs with great results. Can’t justify the cost of name brand grips when these work fine.

Great Midsized Grips For A Very Reasonable Price.
I wanted to try some midsized golf grips on my driver and irons, but, was reluctant to because of the expensive cost of premium grips (usually they cost about $12.00 - $16.00 a grip, so 13 grips at $12.00 would cost $156.00). So, I ordered this kit of 13 midsized grips for around $31.00 just so I could test out if I like the larger grips or not. I was willing to try them for this price, however, I definitely would not have tried them for $156.00!! When they arrived, I was impressed with the look and the feel of the grips. I had heard that buyers had complained of a chemical odor on certain brands of these inexpensive off-brand grips, however, when checking out these grips from Yamato, I found no odors at all from these grips. I cannot say anything about the longevity of these grips until I'm able to play golf with them and hit a bunch of ball at the range. I will update after having used them for a few months. With this cost factor, I highly recommend these golf grips because they look and feel like a premium grip and there is no chemical odor on these grips. If you're looking to try some grips check out the variety of grips from Yamato Golf, you will be glad that you did.

Old clubs brought back to life...easy DIY project...
New to golf...a friend donated a bunch of his old clubs to the cause. But they all had very worn grips. He suggested taking them in and having them replaced...but decided to try it myself first. Very easy project. You'll need this item as well...Wedge Guys Golf Grip Kits for Regripping Golf Clubs (or something similar). Total was around $40 for grips and install kit...saved a bundle in labor!! Hardest part was getting the old grip off...and removing all the old grip tape. I just scrapped it off with a single edge razor blade. Wrap the new tape around the club, spray on the slippery stuff and slide the new grip over. Done. Easy peesy. I like the quality of the Yamato grips...they feel substantial in my hands. Very grippy. But being new to golf I have nothing to compare against. I know the clubs don't slip in my hands anymore. Easy project to tackle yourself. Took me an hour to do 6 clubs. Go for it.

Make sure grips match club shaft dimensions.
Seemed like good grips but were not the right diameter for my shafts. Had to return them.
