Garden Winds Replacement Canopy Top Cover for The Hampton-II 10' x 12' Gazebo - 350

Perfect replacement for model number L-GZ215PST-5B. This is not a universal canopy. It's definitely a snug fit, so be sure to take your time, and have someone assist as it's a 2 person job. Letting it sit out in the sun to warm up first is a good idea to allow for a little more stretch.

The material is very light and thin; I can see pinholes of light coming through on sunny days. The topper is not an exact fit for my 10X12 Big Lots Monterey gazebo; the main portion of the canopy covers the topper's connecting holes. The corner velcro connectors are not properly made to work with the Monterey; I gave them a twist around the corner supporting bars to help secure them. As stated in other reviews, the drain holes are a couple inches too high; so the canopy holds water rather than allowing it to drain through the eye holes.That said, I put the canopy on, connected the corners as best I could, then drilled new holes and modified the topper to make it fit. I take out a broom, stand under the canopy, and push out the water after the rain to make sure the weight of the water doesn't tear the canopy. It's working out okay, but took a little creativity to make the topper fit. I'll pay a little more money in search of a sturdier canopy when this one wears out.

This gazebo replacement top did not fit as promised. It indicates that it is for The Hampton II 10 x 12 gazebo however the top is about two inches too big causing the top to not fit properly. It is loose and saggy looking. The top piece that goes over the center of the gazebo is not the right size at all. We attached it with zip ties because we are beyond the return period. The biggest problem is that when it rains it creates rain pockets (two on each side). After each rain storm you have to remove the water which causes the top to sag two to four inches down all while drenching your patio furniture. There is no sitting outside to enjoy a rain shower with this gazebo. Worst purchase ever!!

I was worried it wouldn’t fit the frame but it fit perfectly.

Received our replacement canopy and very happy with it as the fit was perfect. The trick is to open the canopy up and let it sit in the sun for an hour as it makes it easier to stretch and attach to the metal frame.We are ordering another one just so we have an extra one for future use.Thank you again!!!J. I want to return, our gazebo was destroyed by severe wind in Autumn and have not opened box

They said it was a "universal" fitting cover. Unfortunately, we didn't install it until the July 4th holiday week (which unbeknownst to us was after the Return window closed) and we are now stuck with a $130.00 cover that does not properly fit our 10 x 12 as it was believed it would. The water collects like balloons when it rains and drenches everything. It is very unfair and unsettling as it was a hardship to afford it to begin with. If there is anything Amazon or the seller can do to exchange it for one that would fit, we would be most appreciative. It seems unfair that we have to keep one that doesn't work as we were told it would.

Hope it will last for at least 3 years.

We have purchased the same Canopy for the last 5-6 years because it was always getting destroyed- However this time they have changed the way it goes onto the frame and I amvery disappointed with it- We remove our canopy every fall but yet it still needs replacement every 3 years.
