Holders work great. I had to supply my own mounting bolts. The bolts supplied were very short and had no nuts.

The flush mount rod holder is designed for kayak. If you have a kayak, it is a best choice. And it is easy to install. If your kayak does not have hole, you can drill a 2" hole to allow the rod holder. You will love fishing.
