Organic Milk Kefir Grains (10g)

I have never made Kefir before. I diligently followed the instructions, though the first "brew" was a "failed start" I persevered. As I fermented more I produced better kefir, thicker and tastier. THESE KEFIR GRAINS WORK. Then there was the secondary fermentation - a whole new world of possibilities - all in the instructions. Full marks to these guys :)

Didn’t like the idea of instructions being on the internet, but the product itself is great. Fast shipping, good packaging, helpful website. The grains took about 4 days in Summer to produce something that tasted OK, splitting milk into curds and whey, which I mixed together to drink. After two weeks or so, the culture was established and producing a yogurt texture along with the curds/whey. Now happily making kefir daily and my original grains (named Kevin) have gone on to birth Keith and Keira. Soon, the whole family will have a set of grains. Then the world! For a first timer, I’m very happy with my purchase. There’s a Reddit forum if you want more support. * The picture is of the grains after 3 weeks. Metal (stainless steel) sieve has been absolutely fine throughout.

these kefir grains were inert. I have been making kefir at home for a long time now and am practiced at doing this. However these ' grains ' looked very mushy and ungrain-like, and in spite of doing everything by the book, they do not turn any type of milk ( cows whole milk, goats whole milk, jersey cow milk ) into kefir. The milk simply goes off. After several attempts I have given up and have now thrown them out with the latest batch of spoiled milk. I understand that with a ' live ' product this can happen - even with the best of producers, but as I cannot find a way to request a refund or return I am quite frustrated.

Great at least is look good to early to say but is for me not seeing nothing wrong ..thank you always got from this company and to be honest I think is best from earlier stages years ago .glad I found it in amazon

Fast delivery, instructions included. Great product, works efficiently as expected :-). If making plant based kefir please bear in mind that you need to activate the grains with animal milk first.

It does make lovely tasting Keri although the instructions online are little unreadable.

I've tried four time to make kefir with the grains and despite the customer service of thus product being very helpful I was unable to make anything more the spold milk unfortunately

I would recommend these grains as they arrived with the right weight and have worked well in the milk. Thank you.
