Piece of mind
Anyone who loves their dog doesn't want them to go missing or cats but if they do it can be heartbroken at least with this getting them done put your phone number on the front as well as a photo and then name they can be comforted by people calling their name if for some reason my phone didn't work once they scan it there are rooms for two further contacts so this is helpful and provided they allow location when they scan it shows me where it was scanned in email so I know the location where my pet has been found but to be honest you can always use this for someone with dementia no reason they can't wear it around their neck on a chain I think if I was ever in the situation of having someone I loved having dementia this would definitely be a possibility for me

QR code wears off after 2 months
UpdateAfter reading my review the seller contacted me and resolve the issue. I wish other Amazon sellers had such good customer service.I've had 2 of these for a couple of months one for each of my dogs. Unfortunately the QR code on the back doesn't scan as it's so scratched after only two month.The name and my number on the front is fine, so it's not a total loss. If the back wore off so quick I can't see the front lasting very long. Shame as they are nice tags.

Massive - not really suitable for a small dog
EDIT: company were super helpful and resolved my issue.This is a great dog id tag however the listing doesn't really give a true to size depiction of it - Its way too big for my mini Jack Russell - when on his collar it seems like it could actually get caught on things. wouldn't have bought had I known it was this size

Love these tags.
These tags are lovely. One of mine had a faulty connection hoop, but the supplier is replacing it free of charge. Excellent customer service. Would highly recommend.

Location doesn’t work
We have had 4 scans in 10 minutes and apparently our cat is 20 miles from where we live and travelled a further 10 miles in 10 minutes. When people scan the QR code, the location of the scan does not work properly. Maybe ours is faulty?
