Polished Chrome Bathroom Door Lock Set (Z01-BK-45-L)(Left Hand Doors Only)

Looks lovely when you get it out of box. I've installed a similar lock before luckily as there are no instructions. The problem with this is that the locking pin is too short. We have standard doors, so there is no reason we should have had this problem. It is an obvious error on the sellers part. Wish I'd read reviews beforehand!!!

The handle is not interchangeable so make sure you buy the correct opening.The lock pin is a bit short, I had to retro fit this to make it work.I should have spent 10 pound more to have a proper lock, and inter changeable sides, and lock.

all the parts are ok. except the mortice lock. I trust your mortice lock is for right hand door. the black color lock in photo is my old left hand mortice lock. I can still use other parts but pls send a correct lock for replacement.
