Good replacement for our Winnebago trailer. Wiring was straightforward. Smooth operation.

This unit is very easy to install. It bolted and wired up very easily. The only issue I had was with the holes in the actual camper tongue not lining up just right. I had to waller out the lower hole in the camper because the 2 frame holes did not linen up 100% to allow the jack to slide through and sit flush. **But that was a trailer issue, and not the jack. Once I got my trailer correct, the jack unit slid right in and wired up easily! Works great. Installed on a 2005 bumper oull camper trailer.

This was easy to install. Perfect fit for my camper. No more cranking. Connected right to battery and it sets up easy. Love the multiple hieghts.

It was painful to manually raise and lower my trailer. This jack is perfect. Simple installation. I incorporated a security feature where I can easily disconnect from the battery and leave trailer jacked up with no way to connect power without the spliced connector in my pocket. A thief would need some wiring skills. Can't steal trailer if the jack can't be lowered. It will slow them down anyway. Great quality product.

The motor was shot after 4 months. I probably used it 20 times in that period. There is no warranty on this product… they claim that they do, but won’t respond. I am a DIY kind of guy, so I took it apart to troubleshoot it. There is no weather seal of any kind. The electrical components are completely exposed to the elements. I used an ohm meter and discovered that the windings were shot… probably got wet but they do not sell replacement parts. So I have a lug of steel that is way over priced. If you already purchased one, I suggest you start saving up for your next one…

I ordered my electric trailer Jack using prime because o was leaving to go camping and it was to come on Monday the 25th. Never came. Then I was told it wouldn’t be here until Wednesday the 27th. Filed a complaint and was told it would be at my home that evening by 9PM. NOTHING!! Called that evening with the Guarantee it would be here on the morning of the 26th. I finally arrived by 3:30PM. The Jack works fine but Amazon failed. My review of three is not for the Jack. I’d give it a five. Amazon gets a three!!!

Only used twice on camper but work excellent. The rain cover is a bonus

My trailer has a hitch weight of 950lbs and this thing lifts like a champ. No more cranking by hand for this guy!
