I am a notorious grinder and needed something to stop me. This seemed like the perfect solution.You get two sizes so can easily pick one that works for you. You simply need to put into boiling water for a few seconds, remove and then place in your mouth and bite down. You'll get a perfect imprint of your teeth. The kit comes with two sizes of the guards and a case to store them in.It was very easy to mould them. I opted for the smaller size and popped them into a mug of warm water and they soften straight away. You then place them on the teeth, pressing them into place and wait for them to cool down.I have been grinding my teeth for so long now it is weird to wake up without jaw ache. The guards did take a few days to get used to wearing and in the morning my mouth did feel funny after I had taken them out but these are very comfortable to wear compared to other mouth guards/retainers. They're super squidgy and there's plenty of material so your teeth are fully protected.
