Good for the price
Feels a little light. I prefer a heavier controller, but I guess that might have something to do with not having batteries. The design is vibrant and it still works after having it a few months and using it moderately, 3-5 times a week for a few hours at a time. I have an Xbox one, it works fine. The headphone jack works, and I like having a volume switch on the controller. I don't like the buttons underneath, I don't really have a use for them and they annoy me when I tap them by accident. It doesn't affect gameplay, it's just a preference. The thumb sticks are alright, but took me a few days to get used to the slight difference from my old controller. They moved a bit easier and quicker. The old controller had more resistance. I prefer having resistance on the sticks, but they work fine once you get used to them They just feel kinda cheap. Overall, it's a good controller if you're tired of recharging batteries for your controller or you need a cheap replacement quick when your thumb stick starts drifting (rip my old controller). I'm probably going to invest in a better controller, but this is doing a good job holding me over (and I like the pattern).

Disposable controller for disposable price?
The unit is a little stiff to use when brand new, but quickly "warms up" after the first few days of steady use and becomes very comfortable to use. Motion on the sticks, bumpers and buttons is all as expected at that point and it works great ... for about 3 months.Yes, you heard me: about 3 months. This is my THIRD PowerA controller this year alone. Originally I bought a plain purple one to replace my worn out controller from another company, based on price alone. It was very inexpensive by comparison to other models on the market ... and I soon found out why. Three months later the left joystick developed a slight "drift" which got so bad in a week's time I was forced to replace the unit. Initially I used the 4-direction pad instead but it stopped working as well.Thinking maybe this was just a "one-off" and a poor specimen, I bought the exact same model for a replacement -- and the exact same problem developed after three months of use. This time the drift spread to the right joystick as well, and once the drift started, both sticks became impossible to use properly within a week. This particular present model -- with the lightning designs rather than solid purple -- is my third time purchasing this unit. At this point trying to save a few dollars has cost me the same amount as it would have cost to buy a new unit from a more reliable brand/company name which would have lasted at least 2 years. If this present unit craps out on me in 3 months I'll be doing just that instead, and this company will not be getting any more of my money. If the company would like to make this overtly planned obsolescence right by me, I'll take 2 refunds for the first two ordered. This last one is entirely on me as I knew better by the time I bought it (again, just to save a bit) but it took 2 tries to get a clue.

Plug n play
This took a while to arrive, but was well worth it. I never used a controller before and I wanted it for a game on my laptop (Windows 11). I just plugged it into a usb port on the laptop went to the game, and started using it. I love it when tech is so easy. I’m tech challenged.

Always something problem
Ordered two controllers. Controller A had minimal issues with a sticky B button right away causing it to sometimes get stuck pressing in. Decided to just deal with it. Controller B, besides having a cheap looking lazer print on the front (chose purple lightning and it is so pixelated), had a very broken thumbstick right out of the package that had to be replaced because it was unusable in most games. The replacement came with another broken thumbstick just not as bad as the first and a month later a broken mic/mute button. It is now unusable for any sort of mic usage because it is unable to unmute. This is very annoying due to both controllers basically being delivered faulty multiple times. I gave up. PowerA use to be a great brand of controllers but I see their quality has dropped significantly. I will never order another PowerA controller because of this. So disappointed.
