I bought this to reach higher levels in a storage unit. I decided on a three step since I have an eight foot tall unit.It exceeds my expectations in every area. It looks like it will support 500 pounds total. Which does not mean 500 pounds per step but most likely 500 pounds that includes a persons weight plus the weight of whatever they are carrying up this ladder. But few people weight that much. The steps are lined with rubber and it has four rubber feet. This is good insurance against a fall which would mean a trip to the ER or ED and finding yourself ignored for 10 to 12 hours since you are not an emergency. I always think Safety First. This folds up easy to only a few inches in thickness. A step ladder would take up a lot of room and be much more costly. This is also good for using two steps inside a house or kitchen. I like that the steps are rubber lined and the feet also. This is easy to store and was a good investment. Naturally you need to wear good shoes or sneakers and have a "spotter" or assistant nearby that will watch you like a hawk as you are climbing these steps. When I opened the box I "knew" I had a winner. This is for long term use and is made from heavy gage tubular steel.

In a word - EASY. I bought this as a companion to my Rubbermaid 3 step stool/ladder with a top tray because, while light weight, it was just too big & bulky. So I shopped for something easier - this is it. * Storage = easy. * Fold-up = fast. * Stability = good. * Weight = excellent. * Usability = convenient. * Cost = fair. This is my default step stool now. It is so quick & easy that I use it all the time & my larger/taller Rubbermaid stays in the closet. FYI - my Rubbermaid RM-SLA3-T 3-Step is great, but more for serious tasks like painting, fixing a storage shelf, or hanging a picture. I'd recommend either depending on your need, but I use my Effieler two step all the time.

I love it. I am old enough to find difficulty getting into our boat. We use it at the boat ramp and it folds up out of the way.

Love this step stool, works great. Really appreciate the small size, the narrow width especially, makes it great for tight places. Which is what I needed. However, the ad says that it is 15 inches wide. This is false, it is actually 16 inches wide at the bottom, if you include the "feet." While it works for me, it was very, very close to not working, to being too wide for my application. Advertising should be truthful, don't you think? Thus only 4 stars.

Great little step ladder! Falls easily for storage

I love this two step ladder which has made approaching to higher cabinets much easier. I just love the build quality of this ladder and can easily hold heavy weights. Once fully deployed, it's very stable and does not jiggle/shake around. The foot (base) has nice plastic casing (I wish it were rubber) which should prevents slippage on hard floors. The pedestal are lined with plastic layer (I wish they were rubber) and prevents from slippage while you stand on them. The grab handle has a soft foam case which makes it easier to carry around. When folded, it can be stored in a very small space. Made out of good quality metal, I hope it to last very long. I believe, every home should have this product.

I love mine. If you are short like me. This is great to give you some extra height. But use your safety. Just like any other ladder. Great product.

Had this ladder for four years and it still works as good as the day I bought it, I’m 5’1” and have hard times reaching stuff on the top shelves in my apartment and this makes it no problem
