My daughter and I love these. Lots of every shade of colour and what a pretty pattern on the bag.

This is a great set of pencils, I’ve just got into adult colouring and certain colouring books don’t work with felt tips so these pencils give you so much more flexibility. With a huge range of colour choice and very vibrant, I would recommend these for cost too as not so expensive.

I was looking for more colouring pencils as the ones I was using before lacked variety. These definitely delivered! Besides from a few issues (the pencils coming out of order and a few printing errors with the colour names) they are what I wanted. Nothing came broken and they're easy to use, just not the best for layering.

I was looking for a few pencil packs for my various grandchildren, all of whom love art. I’m a bit of an artist myself, and have a lot of coloured pencils but didn’t want to let them loose at present on my expensive sets by Faber Castel, Prismacolours, Holbeins or Caran d’Ache Luminance pencils. Id already bought everyone -Avis when I came across these. A bit of digging clarified that H and B are a huge maker of pencils , based in Shanghai. Their website relates to partners they work with, including Arteza and Staedtler. I also suspect they make pencils that others sell under various brands - in fact judging by the packs I’ve bought just this week, suspect they also make Artx , Kalour, Hiforny, Evazar and possibly also Brutfuner - and to be honest given l’ve pencils by all of those, in my personal opinion they do all seem to be pretty much the same (very nice) pencil - they all lay down well, they are creamy, rub out easily, and many of the colours seem pretty much the same, albeit with different colour names. The price of these - including the case - was amazing value. As expected, on arrival they looked, felt and laid down almost exactly the same as my Arteza pencils and my Evazar pencils. They even came with a rubber (eraser for those over the pond, rubber here in the UK) and much to my surprise (because usually anything shipped with a blade seems to get removed because of import requirements) a single hole metal pencil sharpener. I cannot fault the presentation and production of these. The pencils are excellent, and blend and layer well. My grandson loves them, as do I. In fact in future I think I’ll just go right to the horses mouth, and just buy direct from H and B.

I bought this as a total beginner to drawing. It comes with a great range of colours and they're higher quality than the pencils I used at school. Really good for beginners, though a better artist might want a set with more colours?

I bought the 180 set. Well it was exactly what i expected considering the low price. They are oil-based soft core. For their quality, they blend very well and they also providing a good layering. The range of colors is very good and with various shades from vibrant to earth tones etc. I swatched all the colors and I am satisfied for what i was looking for. Also they have few metallic colors that are very good. Who can also burnish with the same color or with the white color but i will also purchase a colorless. They also have a good quality of wood and good grip. Providing that is a cheap set of color pencils, I would say that they are value for money for someone who wants to experiment before bying a highest quality of oil-based colors. And also do not forget that they work better on a good quality of paper for color pencils.
