Nice! Well made. Inexpensive. I use it for rolling my stiff feet on. it does not slip and slide all over the floor like some other, cheaper one does. I can only use the cheaper one on a non-sleek surface like carpet, but THIS ONE can be used safely on the floor AS I prefer, AND it can also be used on carpet if i want--or outside on the grass or cement--lots of places. I like that it is solid. I like the side roller--it really gets in there. I like the way it is designed and shaped as it lends well to massaging multiple angles and areas. BONUS: While I got it to use on my feet, it comes with a small guide that shows other ways to use it on various other muscles and tendons!

This will automatically relieve foot cramps or hand cramps, works great.

Excellent foot massage for bottom of foot, but difficult to massage toes. Easiest to use when standing, but can slip forward when used in sitting position. It might work better if wheels were square and stationary, and the center roll bar rotated as you moved your foot across it. Maybe one of each could be sold as a pair.

Works well to alleviate foot pain from working on concrete floors all day.

I have been using this every day after work while sitting on the couch. It looks well in carpet and can easily be used to target those sore spots on your foot.

I bought this in the hope that it would help my plantar fasciitis and I’m pleased to say that it has. It is firm and slightly spiky but does not cause any discomfort and after sitting rolling my foot over it for approximately ten minutes it has brought me some pain relief. At this point I have only been using it for a few days I feel hopeful that it will bring me longer term relief. I would recommend this product.
