It will work on any rubber tire. But understand the bigger the tire the longer it will take to do the job. This is more suited to a dirtbike knobby. Depending on how many cuts you're looking at hours of work!

Q: Does it come with different size cutting blades? If only one, how wide is it?

One blade. 1" wide. Can buy separate cutters for siping at about $17. Other answer in thread is very accurate.
