It fits me perfectly despite my being overweight and it even has extra length for someone larger than me. It would definitely fit a smaller body as well. Very versatile in the sizing. It’s super easy to use. It has five steady light settings and two flashing settings. It warms nicely, has a SUPER LONG power cord and an optional cord to plug into a power bank. I was really happy with the price and benefits I get from this product! It was recommended to me by my naturoapth doc and it especially comes in handy when I experience period cramping. However half of it stopped working recently, so I reached out to the company. I am giving it 4 stars because I really had to try all their means of contact to finally get in touch with someone, I think the seller's website needs to be updated (the breakdown happened after I could not simply talk with Amazon). However they sent me a new one free of charge and it literally came like 1-2 days after I did get in touch with someone.
