Manufacturing flaws, cannot be assembled.
Wheels axels do insert into cart channel enough to expose tiny hole where metal pin is to be inserted. Tried to accomplish assembly for the malformed axel channels two weeks and just recently gave up realizing it was impossible. Today after carefully boxing and affixing return labels supplied by Amazon, have just learned at USP that I am responsible for the return shipping for this flawed product. It cannot be assembled and I pay to have it shipped back?Update: Thank you very much Amazon for refunding the cost of the cart. Return shipping would have cost $118-$154 US dollars to China. We threw it away in the taped up shipping box.
