I had an issue with one of the covers I purchased (threading coming undone and the adjustable strap came out), so I emailed to see if I could return it. After a long time, we finally got it worked out and so I sent in the cover (paid postage myself), but I NEVER GOT A REFUND. I would not recommend buying Sprout Change Covers. Their customer service is very hard to get a hold of, and was not helpfulIn addition, the covers are made of fabric and must be washed each time.
