Comfortable and good sound
My main pair of headphones went through a massive battering throughout lockdown, being used almost all day every day constantly, which caused the ear cups to significantly wear out and even rip in areas so I was on the lookout for a similar pair of ANC headphones.I've used some OneOdio devices in the past via friends and family and was pleased with their performance at the time, which led me to these A30 Hybrid ANC headphones as I was somewhat familiar with the brand yet had never owned a product from them myself.Initial thoughts were that the headphones were a bit on the small side but looked to be made from strong materials and looked quite durable. In terms of design, this is more aesthetically pleasing to look it. It looks modern without any flashy designs. The OneOdio logo is etched onto the outer earcups and has a lovely finish to it. They are adjustable to suit a range of head sizes and the ear cups also rotate, too.The earcups were a bit smaller than I was used to but I still found them comfortable using over long periods of time.Controls are in a convenient place too - you have the power/volume/Bluetooth buttons on the left earcup whereas the right earcup holds the ANC slider and the USB-C charging port.Simple to connect to devices - it automatically started searching for devices to pair with when I first turned it on and I was able to detect it under Bluetooth settings very quickly. Connection was brilliant - I had no issues when moving around throughout the houseThe most important part - sound. In both the wired and wireless mode, I wasn't blown away with the sound quality as I felt my other headphones were slightly better but it still did a great job. It has dual 40mm drivers which my previous headphones did - it can reproduce a decent level of frequencies and would generally suffice those wanting to have a nice sound pair of headphones without breaking the bank.I would definitely recommend having a play around with EQ settings to create a personalised listening experience - this definitely helped me to improve the quality of sound I was getting out of it.ANC works decently well. Without music, it blocks out any background noise and I can't hear the hum of my fans near me but I can still hear cars, lawn mowers etc but if music is playing even at a low level, it blocks out all sound, including the sound of me typing.Based on my experience of using several headsets with this feature, I'd say hybrid ANC is much better than standard ANC.Solid battery life - it lasts for about 20 hours on Bluetooth mode but that's from nearly a month of using it daily with ANC being turned on periodically.I did find the claims of "fast charging" somewhat true. In 5 minutes with my fast charge cables, this would go just over 2 hours of play but charging for 5 minutes using standard charging cables would have varying times between 30 mins to 90 mins.It didn't take too long for a full charge either. A full charge usually lasts me at least a minimum of 2 days which is amazing.Comes with a nice carry bag, aux cable, airplane adapter and charging cable. All in all, I'm very happy with this purchase - good sound quality and ANC, looks nice and is comfortable. These are now my main set of headphones throughout the day.If this was helpful, please tap that helpful button below - Cheers!

Great headphones
Purchased these as was toying with the idea of some headphones with noise cancellation. I had seen these on an offer, and they weren't that much so I figured I'd give them a go and if I liked them and got on with the noise cancellation I was intending on replacing with something a little more expensive and high end. When I received them I was very impressed with the quality of the materials and build quality. The instructions we're very simple and easy and I had them set up within just a couple of minutes of them being fully charged.I decided to test them using Amazon prime music, my account includes the HD/Ultra HD audio option, so gives them the best chance to sound good.Pick a song I know well, and enjoy, check.Headphone adjusted to the size and shape of my head, check.Right, time to play.Oh boy, these sound really nice. I'm impressed. Then I realise the kids have the TV on, I pop one ear off and heard it was on at a fairly reasonable level, popped the ear back under the headphones, couldn't hear the TV at all. I figured this was the noise cancelling doing its job and working perfectly, er no it wasn't. I hadn't switched it on. These headphones actually isolate you from the outside world incredibly well without even flipping the switch for noise cancellation.I then turned the TV up a little more to what was an uncomfortable level, popped them back and could hear the TV over the music (I had the volume set to just before where it warns me the loud music could damage my hearing, I like to live on the edge!)Flip the switch for noise cancellation switch and the TV magically disappeared again. However I did notice the quality of the music then changed, it wasn't quite so clear as before and you could occasionally hear the processing as the music wouldn't sound quite right, slightly out of phase.I have found after much use I prefer to use these as my main pair of headphones these days, always with the noise cancellation turned off as they simply don't need it for my intended use.Can you get better headphones? Yes, absolutely you can, these do not compare to something like sennheiser who make some of the best headphones on the market, however sennheiser don't make a pair of wireless headphones of this type anywhere near this price range. So the next question is, can you get any that are better value for money? Not in my opinion. For this price point I've not heard anything come close without wires.I should also explain I'm a music fanatic, DJ and all round geek when it comes to these things. Sound quality really matters to me.

High Quality Headphones
These are the best quality headphones I've had to date and I really like how they fold down to a small size for transporting about. The carry case is also a nice extra. All the wires are included and you get a charging wire, aux cable and even an adaptor for aeroplane use. The battery life is excellent and they are quick to charge once the battery is depleted. They are really comfortable to wear, adjustable and have great quality padding both around the ears and on the headband. Its easy to connect via Bluetooth but they can also be used manually using the aux wire. The controls on the headphone work perfectly and are convenient to use. The sound quality is remarkably high and very clear with fantastic bass. The noise cancelling works very well and when you are using these headphone you are fully immersed in the music and can hear very little of the surrounding noises. Really pleased with these.

Comfortable and a decent sound with adequate noise cancelling
A couple of months ago I've never heard of OneOdio and now they are one of my favourite cheap audio brands. I've got some non-wireless DJ headphones from them which I love, so was looking forward to checking out these with noise cancellation.First of all they, like my others, are nice and comfortable with big cushioned pads. The sound is very good too, with 50mm drivers giving enough whallop to the sound without ever becoming a mess of muffled bass. The thing I like most about these as opposed to other wireless headphones I have is they are collapsible, so fold up nice and small for chucking in a bag. I wish some of my others from big names would have thought of this.In summary OneOdio do it again then - another great set of headphones at a relatively tiny price (for ANC anyway). The ANC is surprising good for the price. I've got more expensive headphones that do it better, but they literally cost me 3 times the price of these so it's not surprising.

Good, but charging is odd
The noise cancellation from such a cheap pair of headphones is absolutely fine for office settings. It can dull the hum of AC units and get rid of the bulk of office chatter; it's also great for use around the house if you just want a little extra hush.Noise cancelling headphones often alter the sound profile when you switch ANC on, but the change these headphones go through is quite drastic. With ANC off the volume is slightly higher and bass is very pronounced; overall it's a very typical "V" profile. With ANC on there is a slight reduction in volume and the bass is pulled back considerably, but the bass is smoothed out and instead of a woofy "boom" to the bass you end up being able to pick out more subtle textures, like plucking of bass strings or the beater on a kick drum. With the bass pulled back the highs are given a chance to sparkle a little more and they're great; no, they're not DT990 Pros or Grado SR60s, but it punches above it's weight in terms of sound given what you pay.The thing that stops these headphones from being a 5/5 at this price point is the charging situation. The included USB-A to USB-C cable worked, but I also tried the following:USB-C charge cable I bought specifically for these headphones. It wouldn't charge.USB-C cable from my MacBook. It wouldn't charge. Two cheaper USB-C cables I use for computer peripherals. It wouldn't charge.USB-C cable for my iPad. It wouldn't charge.USB-A to USB-C cable I use for my phone, and it would only charge when the connector was half inserted into the headphone's charge port (and that was very unreliable and unstable)USB-A to USB-C cable I keep in my car so I can use Android Auto. That actually worked. The USB-C port on these headphones is in some way non-standard, and that entirely defeats the purpose of using a USB-C port in the first place.I still do recommend these headphones because they sound great, and they even have enough clamping force to use at the gym when lifting, but you must not loose that charge cable because you may not find another one that works.
