Easy on the Kneesies
Matches perfectly with my nonslip Iuga yoga mat and provides the perfect amount of cushion for modified planks and back bends. It’s not as wide as the mat, but it doesn’t need to be since I’m only using it for my knees. I love that it fits easily into my gym tote.

This is great alone for someone without bad knees. I use it on top of my regular yoga mat for extra support.

Overall good padding
Overall, this provides good padding for the knees. I like it better than the kind with individual knee pads. But the material is already getting pitted and I’m not sure if it’ll last a long time.

Excellent product!
I have a "dippy" bathtub, and this mat straightens out the middle, where the dip is. I put my bath mat over the yoga mat, and it's perfect.
