The HP 138X Black High-Yield Toner Cartridge works very well with the printer we have.

I tried to save a few dollars by ordering off brand toners for the office I manage. A few worked okay but there were more problems than not. Machine errors, toner leaks, cartridges that don't fit and even damaged machines that had to be replaced or repaired. It isn't worth it, especially when you have work to do and you don't have time to deal with drama. I wasted more money on toners that didn't work and damaged my equipment than I would have if I had just bought the name brand toner.

HP 138X Black High-Yield Toner Cartridge for HP Laserjet Pro Copier 3101 prints clear crisp fonts and images in a snap, everytime. Easy to install and maintain. Great and reliable product.

I recently installed this cartridge as I was informed by the machine the original cartridge that came with the machine was low on ink. This is a good cartridge with good print quality and is very easy to install. I would prefer a little lower price, however the price was not unreasonable. I would recommend this product..

I’ve had several HP printers through the years, and I’ve come to expect top of the line quality from them. This printer cartridge does not disappoint. It gives nice rich blacks while keeping the background clean. I could by a refill or aftermarket cartridge, but I don’t like rolling the dice on those cartridges. You never know if they will really work, and if they do work, will they spill toner inside my printer. No thanks, I’ll stick with reliable HP.

Works as advertised

I am going to stick with the HP toner for my HP Laserjet 3001dw. I know what I will be getting and am happy with the results. The off-brands seem to have a wide range of reviews from Works Great to be Grateful if it works! On my prior 138x, I was able to get between 3500 and 4000 pages. Admittedly, this was printing Draft. (Hopefully, some of you will find your question answered.)

I like it very much. I do a lot of functions it stay least few months depends on frequency of using it . It is worth the price .
