Where to get a replacement shaft?

We currently have 18 inch replacement shaft and 10 inch whisk attachment avaliable. The VONCI 350W/500W/750W power motors are compatible.

How can we get the blender to run continuously?

Make sure the on-off button is in the depressed position, press and hold the locking button for more than 2S, then release the on-off button, the blender will function continuously.

Is this a good immersion blender for commercial use?

Yes. It's designed for commercial use. Powerful and very useful for professional kitchen.

Is the shaft or blade removable?

Yes! The shaft is detachable and the blade is removable.

Is this immersion blender NSF certified?

Yes, VONCI commercial immersion blender has NSF certified and ETL certified.

Amazing customer service!!!

I purchased a Vonci 500 W stick blender for my restaurant. It worked great for around 8 months of very heavy and demanding use.I emailed Vonci customer service about the problem and was quickly contacted by Jack Jia who offered amazing customer service! He requested I send a picture of my original Amazon purchase order, a video showing the unit plugged in and not working as well as a pic of the model/serial number sticker on the side of the the blender motor.Two days later I received an email for Jack Jia stating they would ship me a brand new blender stuck! WOW!!! All I can say is I am extremely pleased with the customer service provided by Jack Jia and will be a loyal Vonci customer going forward.

Not as smooth a puree as I'd like.

This simply doesn't get my tomato soup as smooth as I'm used to seeing. I leave it in on high for 10 minutes but it's still pretty gritty.Probably great for most uses. Not as strong a puree as I'd like.Update: one year later I'm buying a more expensive brand. This one can't get a soup smooth.
