I've purchased several different embossed rolling pins, different companies. None of them worked well at all, so my optimism was pretty low. I did rolled shortbread at first, got the shortbread cold and medium pressure one clean roll. Was really surprised it worked! Over time I got better and finally figured out the best method for me.
