It is recommended that the minimun breaking strength of the strap should be between 2 and 3 times the gross vehicle mass(GVM) of any vehicle it is used with. Attach only to a vehicle frame or hitch strong enough for extreme towing stress by forming a loop around the frame by passing one end loop through the other. Remember, if the strap is overloaded or improperly fastened, it could snap loose like a rubber band and cause injury. 4. At stop or when slowing down, keep tension on the strap to avoid abrasion from the road surface.
