BIG RED T825013S1 Torin Hydraulic Trolley Floor Service/Floor with Blow Mold Carrying Storage Case, 2.5 Ton (5,000 lb) Capacity, Red

Wanted something cheap for occasional use in my home garage, as an alternative to the scissor jacks that come with the cars. This jack is much easier and faster to use than those. The plastic case was cracked in transit, but the jack is what I cared about. Used it to raise my RAV4 front end using the under-engine lift point. It was fast and easy. I put jack stands under the side front jack points and lowered carefully, with no problem. For lowering, I used the handle to very carefully turn the release valve, and was able to lower slowly. Only issue was, one of the swivel wheels was sideways while lifting, and it didn’t right itself, gouging my garage floor paint. Not a showstopper, as I’ll try some spray lube and ensure it’s angled correctly before lifting next time. Happy with the purchase.

Every vehicle needs a good jack and this is it!!! I love that it fits inside my spare tire compartment and doesn’t have to take up space in my cargo area. Being the OCD person that I am I also love that it stores in its own case and the pieces are not all over the place. I’m ordering one for all our cars/trucks so everyone will have a reliable jack in case of an emergency. The factory jacks that come with the cars just don’t get it sometimes.

Wanted a cheaper 2.5 ton jack to do the occasional car lifting and this fit the bill perfectly. Lifts well, and easy to turn the release gently to slowly lower your car. Only weird thing is an annoying black metal cover that just falls off over and over. Don't know if I need it or not.

Excellent hydrolic jack for the money

I bought this jack specifically because it comes in a case. But I did read the reviews to make sure it sounded sturdy. Now I have it and have used it and can confirm it is a sturdy jack, and does the job well.

I gave it 5 stars but 4 on the weight of is a bit heavy to carry but it will do the job very nicely it is well built and should lift my Ford Explorer which is slightly heaver than a car 2 .5 ton jack looking forward to using it

It lasted exactly 2 days past it's return date. I would not recommend any of these Torin Big Red hydraulic Jacks! I bought two of the Torin Big Red Hydraulic Bottle Jacks with Carrying Cases, when they arrived I opened them up and both of them were leaking hydraulic fluid. I was about to leave on a trip for 3 weeks and I needed them for my trucks so I quickly ordered Two of the Torin Big Red Hydraulic Trolley Floor Jacks with Carrying Cases, 2.5 Ton Capacity just in case of a roadside emergency. I used one today to jack up a trailer and the cylinder just leaked out all of the hydraulic fluid and dropped the trailer. What a piece of crap! I received this product and bleed to remove the excess air to make sure will work properly. But after I tried this Hydraulic jack cannot even lift a 5 gallons pf water. So I returned the same day.

nice and sturdy and good case for in van storage. As mentioned the only thing I could suggest would be a carrying handle on the jack itself, then I'd give it 6 stars lol

The jack itself is very reliable and easy to use. The carrying case makes it convenient to store in your trunk for any occasion. Price is competitive.

The jack works well - I have lifted the axle of my 5500 pound trailer. It would be nice if it had a handle for carrying or moving the jack - I often accidently pull off the top metal cover plate.

Big red Jack performs perfect. Heavier construction than I would’ve expected for the price.
