Agree, Not Like The Other China Stoves
I have 2 of these and 2 of the other cheaper "China" stoves. As another reviewer already stated this one differs in a couple of important ways... IMO, this one is a better burner even considering the greater cost. That said, it is significantly cheaper than many of the big name stoves found in camping stores and best I can tell and, so far, its just as good as those. When lit, due to the burner shape, the flame is a more outward one. That helps distribute/spread the heat better if you're using a pan to, say, fry something because it helps reduce hot spots in your frying pan, particularly with the lighter weight pans for camping which don't distribute heat very well to start with. If you're simply going to boil water, then one of the $10.00 burners will work just fine. Also, as another reviewer already stated, this burner has 3 arms instead of the 4 which the cheaper burners have. These arms are also longer when unfolded. A 3 arm design along with longer arms make it a better more stable choice for larger pots/pans.As I said, I have 2 of these and 2 of the cheaper $10.00 ones. The bottom line to all of this is if I'm simply boiling water in my 750 ml (25 oz) or smaller cup/pot the $10.00 burners are fine but for anything larger or for a frying pan, IMO, this burner is a better choice.

Best high performance stove
A 10,000 btu super-lightweight stove with self ignition, at well under half the price of anything else. This stove is also backed by a great US company.
