This is the best meal replacement protein shake for weight loss in my opinion. The texture is smooth and creamy (I use a little less almond milk to make it thicker). I buy Vanilla because then I can add other flavours - for me, it’s coffee!

3rd purchase. enjoying the milkshake. Keeps me full for 4 to 5 hours and definitely losing weight. Replaced 2 meals a day with this so far. I Do find it rather sweet.

Good chocolate taste use as midday meal replacement during the week . No weight loss yet don't find it that filling time will tell .. mix with a blender for best results

I bought this a week and a half ago and after using it to replace one meal each day I have managed to lose 5lbs. It tastes nice like a strawberry milkshake, I find it works best using Almond milk which can help with that sweet taste, my first one was with semi skimmed milk and it didn't break up as well as with the Almond milk. It does suggest to drink water through out the day which does help also. I will be buying again as its helped me a lot with losing my weight and stopping me from snacking. It definitely is a good quality shake.

Not easy to shake. I used a hand blender in the end. Tastes very very sweet( vanilla) wouldn’t buy again, far to expensive as a diet shake. Would be cheaper to buy a collagen supplement and a different meal replacement shake.

I found it easy to lose weight as the drink doesn’t leave me hungry and is nutritious

Delicious! Best tasting meal replacement shake Iv had. Nice and sweet too. I just added ice to mine to tone down the sweetness, but it’s delicious! Tastes like a real chocolate milkshake 😁 Can’t wait to try other flavours!

It says Coffee on the front but it tastes sickly sweet and like salted caramel. I can't even return it even though it is incorrect. Do not trust this company. And if you wanted a non-sweet shake, this is NOT it.
