Blue Dart beware
The Bike is as described and value for money. The delivery company is Blue Dart they are next to useless they claim delivery has been attempted,when under further investigation it turns out that it’s still in the warehouse,had I known Blue Dart were involved I wouldn’t of ordered ,driver just dumped the bike in the street and shot off,don’t believe the nonsense about 2 men carrying your parcel where you want it’s dumped in the street and you’re on your own Amazon should make it clear what delivery company they are using

Assembling is too difficult. Product looks good.
Looks good. Yet to use..... I am finding it too difficult assembling the cycle. Step by step assembling video is not provided.

Absolutely delighted with my new Ralley cycle! It arrived incredibly fast—just 4 days after ordering from Amazon. The cycle looks fantastic and is ready to tackle any terrain. Highly recommend this ride and the swift Amazon service! Just an advice from my side is, provide a step by step guide book or something for the beginners and also few more tools would be much appreciated.
