Bought these thinking mine went wrong but ended up there was a problem with my line and not my phones but kept them and all working fine

Seating the phone awkward. Very narrow.
Volume could be better and seating the phone is awkward.

Not as loud as I was hoping
Good handsets.Nearly Very Good.My quibbles are:1. Not as loud as I thought they were going to be - based on reviews. I tend to use them in hands free mode which provides a decent volume.2. I have been unable to find a way to make the phone book listings display in lower case. A minor point, bit I prefer to display a name as Fred Bloggs instead of FRED BLOGGS.

I'm disabled and needed new house phones had to wait for support t Anybody phoning in gets cut off.
My phones are faulty. They go blank as soon as anyone starts talking. I have tried all 4 of the phones and they are faulty. I am really unhappy lm waiting on the hospital to get in touch to have 3 stents done. Just wished I didn't throw my old set away Lyn Gargett

These are very good and do an excellent job, there are several drawbacks1. They have volume control which could do with an extra line.2. I cannot use the phone lol entry as I cannot insert names as the letter control is non operable. These could do with returning, but I do not any spares to use.
