I saw some reviews stating that this will fall off often, but if you're not intentionally walking around and brushing your leg with your camera, it will stay on. The circle's diameter is much bigger than my eye socket, so it doesn't really fit well over my eye, but that wasn't an issue so much. If you're using a Sony a6000, you might need to adjust the focus of your view finder, as this will be bringing your eye slightly further back than the factory eyepiece. I think this is a great price for what it allows for!

I can't see the screens in the summer or in very bright light. I needed more shade around my eye to see through the view finder. This helps a lot. I can pop off when I put it in my camera bad or large coat pocket because it is wider than the body. The only way to fix that woud be to make it difficult to remove and I don't want that. My solution was to buy a second to keep in reserve.

When you use it in bright, sunny days, it's great. However it does block part of the tilt-screen. And this is especially felt when shooting from lower-angles. I've had to cut a part of it off at the bottom so that I could flip out the screen so that I can review photos after.

Weak and brittle plastic, broke the first time I put it on an a6000. When in use, it works just fine cause I have it on temporarily, but the product will fall off if I bump it towards the top where the leverage is great enough to take it off.

For eyeglass wearers like myself, this is an improvement over the original Sony eyepiece, especially when doing macro work in bright sunlight. It fits securely on the camera, but it blocks the viewing screen when raised. The rubber is a good ergonomic fit, and quite firm. Overall, an inexpensive replacement for the original Sony product.
