I bought this for my 6 year-old, and he loves it! I bought a cheaper one the past Christmas for him as his first RC, and it was fun too. Unfortunately, it had hard plastic CVDs so it kept braking and I kept replacing it. So after that was destroyed, I made sure to find one that had an all metal drivetrain, which this one had. He’s been crashing it, flipping it, and it just takes a beating.The only con was the battery life, which was easily remedied by buying an upgraded 2200mah battery that fit snug in the battery compartment.I’m going to buy a second one, but the slightly less expensive version for my other son.

So this car, for it's size, is incredibly quick. It is the updated version of the commonly known MJX HyperGo H16E. The ESC has a physical on/off button instead of turning the car on through the battery, telemetry system works great, LED's are bright at night and it can definitely pop a wheelie if you go into reverse then full triggah on throttle.The chassis is very well laid out and easy to get access to most major parts, but there are some unfortunate draw back I need to address for anyone else considering this truck.The rear differential is binding to where if I spin one back wheel, the gears will lock and spin all 4 which is not supposed to happen in a 4wd driven car with open differentials.The second part is the shocks. The front shocks have great response but the rear shocks stay fully compressed once down until you hard brake and force them back up. If they are oil filled shocks then the rears have no oil, which would be weird considering there were no leaks upon unboxing the truck.I am going to have to break the drive train and shocks down to see what the issues are and make minor corrections. I will also need to purchase a cooling fan as this car only has an aluminum heatsink. It works good but brushed motors get hot fast. The cooler they are, the longer they'll last.Besides the minor flaws I need to correct, this truck is definitely worth picking up. Thankfully I am experienced at RC maintenance and repair to get this truck in the shape it needs to be in.

Fast and impressive

So after changing the battery in this R/C Cari set it in my vehicle to run back into my home to get the transmitter! When I returned, soon as I opened the door a small flame shot out of the esc area. Upon further investigation I found the battery was fried and the esc had burnt up as well! Please purchase at own risk!

Never worked. Transmitter wouldn’t come on or the RC. Took my chance on this brand. Never again!
