## Questions & Answers

**Q: The lock won't open even after following the reset instructions. What is the most common error and how can I fix it?**
A: Usually the dials are not perfectly aligned with the setting line. Always set new combo with cable open, test 3 times before closing. If already closed, cycle through 000-999. Press the top button. Also check your current combination.

**Q: Some customers complain the steel cable is too short for their luggage or backpacks. what's the actual length?**
A: The cable loop is about 4 inches (10 cm), designed for standard zipper pulls and hasps. For wide gaps, measure first. The short length keeps it lightweight. The body is strong zinc alloy, and the cable is cut-resistant steel.

**Q: Since there is no key included in the package, how do TSA officers open my luggage without breaking the lock?Is it safe?**
A: These locks are TSA and Travel Sentry approved. Officers have a master key to open and relock your bag without damage. Your combination is for daily use. TSA handles inspections securely, so your bag won't be forcibly opened. Travel safe!
