They have versions of Ultra and Regular with and without caffeine. I am sensitive to caffeine so opt for the non caffeinated Ultra and Regular. This stuff is the real deal. Been using it for a year now to supplement pre (FF Ultra) /post (FF Regular) workouts, and many ultra runs.

Can you take power protein and ultra energy together

I'm sure you could, but would it be helpful or beneficial to do so? In addition, would it be cost effective? I think the company would be the better place to go for the answer on that one. I'm not a performance athlete by any means. I take my frog fuel to help me have energy during the day. I have Parkinson's and found that frog fuel is an excellent way to help with my disease. Maybe an athlete might have a better and different perspective for you.
