Comfortable mattress on a budget. A budget-friendly coir mattress that helps you sleep better. The only down side was the smell of new materials that was given off from the new mattress. It was overpowering and unbearable the first week and subsided subsequently. Would suggest to air out the mattress before first use.

Much better than expected for the price. Firm but soft, combination of coir and memory foam is really comforting and worth the change from our spring mattress.

The stitching on the fabric cover seemed hasty and poorly done, and there were even loose threads hanging from the edges. It gave me the impression that the mattress was rushed through production without proper quality control.When I reached out to customer service to address these issues, I was met with a frustrating experience. The response time was slow, and it took numerous follow-up emails and phone calls to get any sort of assistance. Even then, the resolution offered was unsatisfactory.In the end, I had to go through the hassle of returning the faulty mattress, which further inconvenienced me. Given the price point of the mattress and the reputation of kurlon, I expected a much better product and customer service.I hope my experience serves as a cautionary tale for potential buyers. I would strongly advise considering other mattress brands that prioritize quality and customer satisfaction over KurlonIn summary, my experience with Kurlon's mattress has been disappointing due to the poor build quality, sagging issues, and unsatisfactory customer service. Comfortable but comes with only 2 years warranty so best suitable for guest rooms which has limited uses.
