These really work wonderfully for stuffiness and sore throats. They are a little expensive but are very effective and a healthy, natural remedy, so I highly recommend them. They are so easy to use, especially for children - no swallowing tablets! They just dissolve under the tongue, and very minimal semi-pleasant flavor...KEEP OUT OF CHILDREN'S REACH!

Love these. Used with other cell salts and tooth putty, it has saved my daughter a lot of stress by avoiding the dentist. She had a bad tooth (I never saw a spot on it) that they loosely capped. A cavity developed underneath the cap. It was a nightmare. Minerals and lots of quality toothpaste have done a world of wonder. It’s been reduced to a very small spot. Hopefully it continues to dissipate.
