It's a good thing these come in plastic wrap because the conditioner's cap was not tightened.

I have used this product before, this was always my go to shampoo for my hair but I would always mix match shampoo and conditioner. I wanted to grab the set to try out and I was very impressed! Left my hair super soft and smooth! Now I was skeptical, not because of the product itself, but from past reviews on how it was delivered. I didn’t wanna have to spend money on a bottle that exploded in shipping and was half gone before I could use it. So I was pretty hesitant at first, but I ended up reading some more and decided to try it and see what would happen. Luckily, the box was completely intact, I did see how they could easily open during shipment though. There was a very small amount of wrapping and bubble filling inside. So my recommendation in future shipments. They should just add more of the bubble wrapping to help secure the bottles better so they aren’t rustling around so much in the box. Everything else was great!

Love these as far as product goes. Great shampoo & conditioner, especially for winter months. Color safe & moisturizing. These arrived on time BUT the description stated the pumps were included. They weren’t in the box. Due to hand issues I can’t lift the bottles so I removed a star for the missing pumps. Product descriptions are important so I know what I’m buying so that’s a fail on otherwise good seller.

Love the shampoo and conditioner but like the other ladies mentioned this has false ad information. The do NOT come with pumps. Glad they where wrapped because the tops were leaking.

Love this product, smells nice and makes my hair nice and clean and soft. Lathers thick. This is great stuff. No pumps like the rest of the reviews state, and the listing clearly does state ‘with pumps’. I don’t care tho - just buy a universal pump set separately. No issues with transaction, came fast, undamaged, and is still a great price pumps or no pumps. Should change that listing title tho as it IS misleading. You’d think after so many reviews that confirm no pumps that Amazon would take some sort of action and make the seller change it. I’m never a fan of 3rd party for exactly this reason.

I paid extra for the pump and did not receive it. Very disappointed.
