Just what I needed.
Donโt know the longevity of this because I just hooked it up, but it worked great as soon as i plugged it in. Delivered fast and as described. Bought another just to have on hand as a backup. Seemed better quality than the one that was in my HVAC unit. Hard to find these size ones in local stores

20 bucks is better than being charged 200 for a marked up capacitor from Joe the AC guy
No more 450.00 capacitor swaps by a greedy AC tech. 20 bucks with this capacitor swap and had my AC up and running again

capactior fine, shipping box likely to cause damange
the capacitor itself seems fine, but it ships in the flimsiest cardboard the earth has ever seen. if amazon puts that in a soft envelope you're almost guaranteed to damage it. buy this as part of a larger order so it comes in a box.

AC Start Capacitor
AC Start Capacitor...MY AC maintenance company rep actually recommended I keep one of these of this size and configuration on hand for my brand and model of AC compressor system. Lots of video content to show you how to change it out. Literally the first thing you check if the compressor fails to run. The 5 stars are just because it arrived on time as I have yet to need it.

FAILED ATER 4 1/2 MONTHS
Failed after 41/2 months when the outside temperature was 110 degrees . The capacitor almost exploded. The top expanded about 1/2 inch and it was leaking oil. It measured 11uf/1uf compared to its 70uf/10uf rating. The fan would not run and the compressor was humming due to an overload. I will never buy another product from this company and recommend others to do the same. I wonder if Amazon knows anything about the companies that are selling products on their site. I had to pick one star to submit this review.

Worked great in my Lennox system. Very easy to replace and good idea to replace periodically to prevent a failure.
