The laptop looked fine but there was problem with the charging. The adapter sent with the unit was lot Lenovo. I got error message that the adapter is of lower wattage. Luckily I had a a genuine Lenovo charger from my office pc of similar wattage. But even that did not work. Obviously some problem with the power section. This should have been checked before it was shipped.

I don't normally add review, but this, deserve a shout! It's the best value for your money! Laptop is not as new! It's NEW! No scratches and very fast response! Definitely worth it!

I bought a laptop for my son and after four weeks, out of nowhere the keyboard stopped working. I contacted the seller, and even though the return period had expired, they attempted to repair it. When that didn’t work, they sent me a new one. Overall, great laptop for the price and the customer service was excellent. I highly recommend pcmart.
